Plot average expression instead of -Log10(FDR/p-val) in volcano plot

Hi guys, is there a way to plot the average expression of a list of genes on the y axis of a volcano plot instead of -log10(FDR/P-val) using EnhancedVolcano or another way (like ggplot2)?

Yes, this is then called an MA-plot, where usually the average expression is on the x-axis and the logFC is on the y-axis.
