How to ecxlude Uncultured/environmental sample sequences in Local BLAST

I’m trying to know if there are an option in blastn local ( version 2.9.0+) for excluding “Uncultured/environmental sample sequences” like in blastn web :

Or a way to do the same thing ?

I am going to hazard a guess and say likely no, when you do blast locally. NCBI provides additional features on their web site that are not in local blast.

Closest you could do is to exclude taxID's lists you can come up with. e.g. 12908 taxID is for "unclassified sequences".
