How can I find disease related RNA-seq data, where my gene of interest is differentially expressed?

Hi,

For our project, we would like to see if there is any disease relevance. For this, I would like to find publicly available RNA-seq data (preferably limited to RNA-seq in disease context) given our gene of interest? Is it possible to do such a search in GEO or ENCODE or some other database? e.g. is my gene A differentially expressed in any RNA-seq dataset in this database? Then perhaps, I can filter and search for related diseases. I think, going through 1000s of datasets and search for gene name would be too cumbersome.

Thanks in advance!
