I am working on the differential analysis of RNA seq data. I have done my analysis but now wants to visualize my data in the form of plots. By looking at the publications I am getting to understand that how differential analysis data can use to generate the plots. My question is about the different packages people are using. As I want to plot GENE ONTOLOGY TERMS in the form of a bubble plot. Most of the people are using cluster profiler but I have used ggplot by using the function "geom_point". Is it fine to use ggplots for the data representation If someone is unable to make plots with cluster profiler? Kindly give me a suggestion on it.

Thanks.

Hello SarahHawan92. Please use a more informative title to describe your problem than "ggplot". It will help users recognize the question and provide useful answers. Also, Forum post should be reserved for very open questions that do not have definitive answer. I edited your title accordingly this time..

It is perfectly fine to use ggplot to make bubble plots of GO terms. There are even some exemples on biostars: Gene Ontology Bubble Plot using ggplot2
