Hello good evening. I have this error in R when trying to perform a vcv
comp_data <- comparative.data (phy = arb_ult, data = ColubridaeBase, names.col = Species, vcv = TRUE)
When doing it, it sends me this error.
Error in VCV.array (matchedPhy, dim = vcv.dim):
object "phy" is not of class "phylo"
In addition: Warning message: In if (class (phy)! = "Phylo") stop ("object \" phy \ "is not of class \" phylo \ ""): the condition has length> 1 and only the first element will be used.
I have no idea what you mean. Please help
