Hi,

I am using the formula provided in this article to calculate beta and se from the z stat:

SE =1/ 2 p(1- p)(n + z^2) .

Source: https://static-content.springer.com/esm/art%3A10.1038%2Fng.3538/MediaObjects/41588_2016_BFng3538_MOESM39_ESM.pdf

But I'm not obtaining reasonable results.

This formula is meant for a normalized phenotype and my phenotype is binary and non-normalized. Does anyone have suggestions in how can I calculate them?

Many thanks!

Paloma
