I am looking for a database of RNA-seq libraries sampled at various time points during a batch culture of wild type Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Hopefully, the database has RNA-seq samples at lag, exponential, stationary, and death phases of a culture prepared using a defined medium. Thanks in advance for your time.

Your best bet is to search SRA using sra-explorer (LINK).

Thanks, GenoMax. Using your recommendation I've found a good candidate.

You could also used advanced search at GEO, by modifying these terms: "Saccharomyces cerevisiae"[Organism] AND expression profiling by high throughput sequencing[DataSet Type] AND exponential[All Fields] which currently returns 98 studies.

Thanks, Seidel. I was a bit overwhelmed by the large amounts of results. So far, this is the best that I've found.
