Why can not download bam files in sra ftp?

• ftp://ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ERA156/ERA1564367/bam/Sample_1a.bam
• ftp://ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ERA156/ERA1564367/bam/Sample_1b.bam

When I tried to download those files, I have failed with wget or internet download manager.

Could you kindly suggest how to deal with it?
