Many 10x datasets have original cellranger aligned BAM files that you can find under Data Access tab in the SRA record.

Thank you for your suggestion. I am an algorithm developer, and a newbie to single cell fastq processing. Could you kindly paste a link as an example (which is publicly available to download)? How did you find it? It is hard.

Here is one example: https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/?run=ERR5206700 . Series of samples in same project.

You will need to use a cloud account to download.
