Resources to learn illumina's GenomeStudio?

Hi All,

I need to process a SNP genotype data from illumina's raw IDAT file, I have done some research and it seem that the first layer of processing require analysis through GenomeStudio..

But how can I begin to learn how to use GenomeStudio when there are very limited tutorials available on the internet... and ZERO (that I know of) that have good quality

Illumina do have official tutorials posted on their youtube chanel, but why are those videos of very POOR quality? The audio quality are so bad that watching the videos become painful. I don't expect 'official' tutorials to have such low of a quality tbh.

Is there alternative ways to learn GenomeStudio? Or would illumina's tutorials be my only bet?

Illumina has tutorials available here: https://support.illumina.com/array/array_software/genomestudio.html (click on View All next to "Training" to get a much longer list).

The recordings are on YT, they are long (45+ mins) and are good quality. You may need to create an account on Illumina site to access them.
