I need centromeric location for mouse (mm10). Tried using data from ucsc gap tables but the informataion does not seem acurate:

9 chr1 110000 3000000 3 N 2890000 centromere no

9 chr2 110000 3000000 3 N 2890000 centromere no

9 chr3 110000 3000000 3 N 2890000 centromere no

9 chr4 110000 3000000 3 N 2890000 centromere no

9 chr5 110000 3000000 3 N 2890000 centromere no ... (third and forth row are start and end)

mm8 and mm9 also have similar centromeric information. Is there anywhere else where I can get that information?
