Hi,

I am doing roh analysis using bcftools

bcftools roh --AF-file input_freqs.tab.gz input.vcf > output_roh.txt

Number of target samples: 1
Number of --estimate-AF samples: 0
Number of sites in the buffer/overlap: unlimited
Number of lines overlapping with --AF-file/processed: 14635367/14594774
Number of lines filtered/no AF/not biallelic/dup: 0/3/31103/9487

I just want to know why the --estimate-AF samples is 0? I have 1 sample so shouldn't it be 1? Kindly guide me something about it. My output looks totally fine. I am just curious about this comment.

Thanks in advance
