Hello,

I would like to know if someone has experiences with variant effect predictor on aws ? Curretly i use a docker image of vep and run it on an on-premise cluster, but l'm wondering what would be the best solution to run it on aws as fast as possible. Maybe a serverless system like lambda or fargate ?

Thanks in advance for any informations.

AWS supports docker, so what is the issue?

Of course I can launch an ec2 instance and just run vep. But I was wondering if there was not a smarter method, and in particular if someone had already optimized the annotation in serverless
