Hi everyone!
I am currently working to identify biomarkers to help predict health deterioration, and am looking for datasets in which to test and validate our feature selection method.
I am looking specifically for datasets that contain high-throughput transcriptomics and/or proteomics and clinical measures for patients with age-related diseases (and ideally matched controls). The perfect dataset would also include follow-up data, with health outcomes or survival data.
So far I have found that the NIH Human Microbiome Project has sufficient data, and subsets of TCGA are also appropriate, but if anyone is aware of any other (ideally publicly available) datasets that I have missed, I would be very grateful.
