I am attempting to download the data files for the following single-cell study (requires Google account sign-in): https://singlecell.broadinstitute.org/single_cell/study/SCP12/oligodendroglioma-intra-tumor-heterogeneity#/
However, when attempting to download the 308MB log2(TPM/10+1) data, I am routed to an HTML page containing the data which times out (and crashes) in seconds.
So, I am now trying to "bulk download" the data using curl. I see that the Broad SCP allows users to do so by providing a pastable hyperlink for curl downloads (obtained by clicking the "?Bulk Download" button at the upper right side of the page).
I am using the following curl command:
$ curl -k -L -O "https://singlecell.broadinstitute.org/single_cell/study/SCP12/oligodendroglioma-intra-tumor-heterogeneity?cluster=cell_cycle_coordinates_portal2&spatialGroups=--&annotation=CLUSTER--group--study&subsample=all#:~:text=click%20the%20button%20below%20to%20get%20the%20download%20command%3A"
This command downloads a nonsense file that, when converted to HTML, navigates to the main study page. Importantly, this tab is not signed in to a Google account, which is required for downloading data from Broad's SCP...
Any ideas are much appreciated... thank you!
