Hi,
Currently studying the evolution of fishes using the whole genome data.
Is it a good practice to infer the species tree based on mitogenome orthologs?
when their is a genome data available.
From the whole genome data, I extracted the mitogenomes, very much interested in understanding the genes under selection at single locus level.
Suggestions please.
