Differential expression between two conditions in sc RNA seq

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way for differential expression analysis between two conditions when you don't have replicates yet.

At the moment I am using the edgeR package but it gives me errors after a certain point.

Any good suggestion would be much appreciated.
