I am performing scRNA-seq analysis to compare gene expression among two conditions. I have made the cell identification with gene markers. In the next step, I want to compare the same type of cell among two treatments, so my questions are, Cell scRNA seq gene marker change expression between two treatments at the same cellular type? Can I use a gene marker as DEG?
