I have cancer data with clinical annotations and mutation data which I am using to build a ML model (just a starter). Also, I have RNA-seq normalized counts for all the samples as well. I am just curious how can I add them to my model ???

Select those genes you are interested in and add their expression as features into the ML model. Maybe you'll need to apply some scaling. Also depends on what you want the model to predict and learn.

should I perform differential expression? and see if specific gene is up/down regulated ?? and then add them in a model for each samples ??
