hello, im trying to install and load anamiR package in RStudio. my R version is 3.6.3, RTOOLS is com[atible with the version. managed to download packages that relate to anamiR in later versions and then copy them to the right folder and still get this message "
library(anamiR) Setting options('download.file.method.GEOquery'='auto') Setting options('GEOquery.inmemory.gpl'=FALSE) No methods found in package ‘RSQLite’ for request: ‘dbListFields’ when loading ‘lumi’ " does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
