Replicates in sc-RNA seq have different amount of cells-Can I still use them for the analysis?

I was looking at the web summary file from cellranger and I noticed that in one of my replicates I had 6000 cells and in the other one 2000. Would that cause any issues with further analysis with Seurat? Do I need to downsample my first replicate?
