What does different columns for merged gtf file represents?

Hi, What does column C (somewhere transcript and exon) represents in merged output gtf file by StringTie?

Secondly, I need to extract FASTA sequences for few ids formed by new transcript files (MSTRG ids), but there are multiple different start and end sequences for each id. In this case, what to do? Should I consider all the corresponding start and end sites? If no, then what to do?
