I have various field parameters like tumor growth, age, marker and genotype. I would like to calculate clinical variable based OR ratio, p values for snp marker Input

I tried to execute SPSS with crosstab and risk calculated. Odds ratio is showing "No statistics are computed because gender and death are constant patient and case are constant.
You are literally repeating the same question and adding one sentence about error message. Questions can be edited with new details rather than creating two separate threads about the same issue.
To answer your question from the previous thread: I don't think this statistical topic is for this site, yet people answer questions all the time not related to bioinformatics. A bigger problem is that you are using commercial software that majority of users of this site don't have, so that reduces the chances that someone will be able to help you.
