which SRR must be used from a SRP

after finding a suitable dataset when i want to download a dataset from GEO, after clicking on SRP link and after going to SRZ i encounter with several SRR and question arises for me, which one of SRR must be downloaded?

Possibly all of them - unless you wish to skip particular samples or experiments from the study. Take a look at ffq or nf-core fetchngs to simplify the download process.

Once you downloaded the runs, you have reads in FastQ format. Downstream processing varies according to sequencing technology, experiment type and your scientific interest.
