Hi guys, I need to convert files from eigenstrat format to plink format. I read on the internet that this may be possible using the software convertf https://reich.hms.harvard.edu/software/InputFileFormats. However, I don't know how to download this software. Is it possible to do it after creating a conda environment?

Thank u so much!

I'd strongly recommend using the admixtools R library - it's vastly more user friendly and you can use your eigenstrat/plink files directly https://github.com/uqrmaie1/admixtools

It seems that command is part of AdmixTools (https://github.com/DReichLab/AdmixTools) which would come down to:

conda install -c bioconda admixtools
