How to convert Uniprot IDs to Ensemble Gene IDs

Hello guys, im new in bioinformatics and i have to get ensemble gene ids. I can convert them on ensembl.org/biomart but i want to do that on a framework.

How can i do that?

Just to add to Pierre's answer, you can also do this with the xrefs endpoint in the Ensembl REST API:
