Hello Everyone, I am planing to edit a genome of plant species for which the only genomic resource available is a de novo assemble transcriptome. I have identified my genome of interest from the transcriptome data with blastp. Now I would like to design guide RNA to edit the gene. Can you please suggest a tool that takes a transcriptome as a reference for designing guide RNA?
