]We try to use PGSCatalog pipeline (https://pgsc-calc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/# ) but we have some problems notified by Ubuntu (see attached screenshots) when using PGS provided as example. Someone know why? Thanks!

Error is noted above. You don't seem to have enough memory available (6 GB required, you seem to have 3.7 GB free). Is this is is virtual machine increase the memory allocation and try again.
