I am trying to optimise my transformation of some tricky data. I have tried flowVS plus others. I have recently come across a paper which describes a new way of optimising the cofactors used for transformation, called OTflow https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/cyto.a.24491
It looks like a promising method and I would like to try it. However, it looks like the link they provided to access the scripts and algorithms on the paper is missing one of the scripts required.
Has anybody used OTflow before and managed to get it working?
