So I have a list of genes and I have been thinking of categorizing genes on the basis of the process they are associated with, as in, for example, XYZ gene is involved in the cell cycle or cancer or immunity or DNA replication/transcription/translation or DNA repair, etc etc - say, p53 for cancer or CDK for cell cycle regulation. Obviously many genes are involved in many processes but I want to categorize them on the basis of significant involvement.......something like that. so, is there any way to do this in a batch way...like just upload the list and get it done in one go? I hope I am clear enough. Thank you, any help is appreciated!
