Snphylo tree

Hello everyone,

I am using Snphylo for phylogenetic tree construction, but unable to get bootstrap metadata even though I ran the script with 1000 bootstrap replicates. Please anyone let me know where I can get bootstrap metadata (In the script or from which output files). I used the below code "snphylo.sh -V a.vcf -m 0.05".
