read 012 matrix

I'm using vcftools to get 012 matrix and I get the .vcf.012. How can I print and see the matrix values?

(with python or linux)

I tried with allel package in python but it can't open, I also tried with bcftools and it can't .. even I don't know what is the command in vcftools that maybe print it
