Would someone be so kind to suggest - where to find the list(s) of human genes which differentially expressed between females and males ?

It is better for hematopoetic progenitor cells - but any information for any types of cells is welcome !

GEO has a great tool that can directly run analysis on datasets. You can set your groups and run your analyses on any GEO dataset (you might want to check GTEx datasets)

That's for arrays though. For RNA-seq I would check Biojupies which has a tremendous amount of GEO (and probably other) datasets ready for analysis. Now it is on you to hit PubMed and find datasets fulfillment your needs. I doubt there is just that one single database with your needed results ready for download.
