Sequence content trimmer error

Hi all,

I have the sequence content trimmer tool installed on two versions of galaxy. The tool installed on the older galaxy works fine. However, on the new galaxy installation, the same tool version 'Sequnce content trimmer v0.1' with the same input files, with the same input files, and workflow, keeps failing with a runtime error.

Any idea why this is happening? does it have anthing to do with the new galaxy version (the most rescent version available)?

ok it seems to be an issue with the exception handling with new versions of python which the new galaxy has 3.9. Either updating the tool, or editing the code at exception handling 'break' to 'return'. to silently swallow the StopIteration handle.
