Embedding a known metadata onto a seurat object created using a raw_counts_mat.rdata file

Hi,

I am struggling to understand how to create a seurat object using a raw_counts_mat.rdata file, which you can find it here. I loaded it using the load function and created a counts dataframe, following this, I used to function CreateSeuratObject(counts=raw_counts_mat).

This gave a seurat object. However, I tried adding the metadata (provided in the link above) onto the seurat object. But this results in NAs in several columns and metadata never successfully gets embedded.

How can I solve this issue?
