cant get FASTQ from basespace, only option is SAV

I can not download FASTQ from basespace, on run window I can see the project and it says it is completed, however, FASTQ option is not available, I can only download SAV like this

Please ask Illumina tech support. If you are the owner then there must be something wrong.

And I am the owner, and, I can only see the project on RUNS window but not in PROJECTS window
