Error when trying to send data to DB chado

Anyone who worked with chado and experienced this problem?

From my understanding, it is saying that the gene is not present in the cvterm table, but I have already added this term in the table, along with other data linked to its id.

Can anybody help me? Maybe it's the last step to finish.
