Dear, I have male and female samples, I want to do a sex-biased gene analysis. My question is should I compare males with normal or male with females using DSEQ2 to get Sex biased DEG?

Please put some effort into your questions, you're seeking help from the community so a minimum level of effort is required. What data do you have, which groups (tabular or descriptive overview), what is the analysis goal and what exactly is unclear. The tool is called DESeq2, not DSEQ2. Remember that we do not know your experiment, you must explain what "normal" and "sex-biased" in the sense you need is is. [[ Please read before posting a question ::: How To Ask A Good Question ]]

What do you mean by normal? Can you elaborate on the data structure?
