Cellenics® is an open-source software that enables researchers to perform single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data analysis without writing a single line of code.

Cellenics® software was developed by © 2020-2022 President and Fellows of Harvard College. Biomage is an open-source software company that provided services to Harvard Medical School for the design and development of Cellenics® and hosts a community instance of Cellenics®.

The software helps scientists gain unprecedented insight into complex biological systems and advance their research programmes by getting answers faster. Cellenics® is a cloud-based tool, which means users can access it anytime, anywhere. It is fast, versatile, and straightforward to use, making it easy for biologists to analyze single-cell data without bioinformatics expertise.

Cellenics® takes researchers from count matrices to publication-ready figures in just a few days. Researchers can perform in-depth data processing and quality control assessment in Cellenics®. Further, users can create custom cell sets, calculate differential expression, find marker genes, and perform pathway analysis. The software also provides a range of pre-loaded plots so that users can easily customize and export publication-quality figures.
