Hello,
I am working with transcroptime files frome the SRA database.
Do they contain introns or the rna splicing has already been done ?
Thanks

SRA contains all sorts of data, and what is contained in an SRA file will depend entirely on what data was put into it by the submitter.
Different methods for doing RNA-seq will harvest different amounts of its sequence from mature (full-spliced) vs immature (paritally spliced or unspliced) mRNA, as well as non mRNA species.
In general, all RNA-seq datasets are likely to have some level of reads that map to intronic sequences. That level is generally higher in total RNA based experiments and lower in experiments that have been poly-A selected.
