Hi guys,

I am trying to map online scRNASeq Data to the murine genome using STAR (Galaxy Version). Looking at my results I get the following output:

Barcodes:
                                       noNoAdapter 0
                                           noNoUMI 0
                                            noNoCB 0

                                           yesUMIs 125622644

Does anybody have an Idea why I get so many cells? As I understand it correctly yesCellBarcodes means the number of cells which were detected but 1561374 seems way to high...
