In NCBI, how do you search for a specific country when searching for the species genome?

There is not enough information in this one-liner but to get you started here an example of NCBI genomes page. You can "customize columns" and select "submitter". That will give you information on who submitted the genome.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/?taxon=83333

You could also search "assembly" database with a country name: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/?term=japan
