Hi community,
I have been trying to get NicheNetR software working on my single cell RNA-seq data from a week now.
My question is I don't have any differential conditions (DE) to be looked at like control or treatment - I am simply interested in looking at how sender cells/ligands could possibly interact with receiver cells/receptors. I even tried reaching the author. Has anyone tried this recent tool and could give me some tips, I would be really obliged.
