Association Study

I have completed an Alzheimer's disease association study in PLINK, but no significant SNPs were found.I checked my raw data VCF file and the risk factor SNP and rsid present, but it is not present in the GWAS results.

My sample size is 102: 35 cases and 67 controls.

Can anyone please explain?

You just lack power I guess. 35 cases vs 67 controls is a very small sample size for an association study...
