Hey is there simple way to calculate pvalue from tmscore? cheers

You can calculate p-value in a lot of ways. Can you be more specific? Do you want to know if the proteins are in the same fold? Do you have many Tm scores and want to know if they are normaly distributed? Do you want to calculate Cumulative normal distribution and know what proportion of a normally-distributed population is less than a given TM-score value ? Just some example.
