Hi Biostars,
I try to use cellchat but got this error. Would you please have a suggestion? I just merge control and mutation sample to get a seurat object and haven't do cell type annotation yet. Thank you so much!

Error in data.use[RsubunitsV, ] : subscript out of bounds
