Hi everyone,

could you help me interpret the graph for pacbio with NanoQC? Are there adapters here?

NanoQC was designed for nanopore data so I don't know if it will have any notion of PacBio adapters. WouterDeCoster can confirm.

What kind of data have you run through the tool? Are these CCS reads or subreads?
