I need assistance in plotting ROC curves for six tools implemented on TP53 data. The TP53 database contains 40 pathogenic and 36 benign SNVs as shown in sample picture 1 . My query is how I can draw ROC plot shown in picture2, I need help to prepare input dataset, anyone can guide me?
