what is the best database for fusion genes ?

Hi community,

I am interested in looking into fusion genes for a pan cancer project. Cosmic and FusionGDB2 seem to be a good starting point but I would like to know if there is a gold standard database for this.

Not an expert in this but you may want to check out this resource.

They look through lots of databases themselves.
