These is a specific concern I have encountered while using the AgriGO v2 platform. When attempting to view or capture bar graphs using the "Save as Image" option, I have observed that the images are not displaying correctly. I am using the Firefox browser, as recommended.

It's worth noting that the 'hierarchical graph result' for the same data is successfully plotted, and I can save the images without any issues.

I have atttached screenshots of both the scenerios. In the first screenshot enter image description here, you can see the 'hierarchial graph' successfully plotted. However, in the second one, 'bar graph' is not displaying properly enter image description here.

Here are the gene identifiers for the data in question, corresponding to Cucurbita melo:

These gene IDs represent orthologs from different species, and I am using them as common IDs for various DEGs from multiple species.

I have been encountering this issue for the past week and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it. If there are any specific recommendations or additional information needed from my end, please let me know.

Below are some of the more details about

Additionally, I've attached the JOB ID: 159123474.1 of my AgriGO page just in case you wanted to help me. Please note that that this ID will only be valid for one week starting today.

ALSO IS THERE ANY OTHER TOOL FOR ONTOLOGY ANALYSIS OF DEGs of non-model plant species.
